Stage 1: Concept & Market Research

Every new machine starts with a question: what do operators actually need? Our product team researches:

  • Operator feedback from existing customers
  • Market trends in key regions (US, UK, EU, Southeast Asia)
  • Prize size trends and cabinet size requirements
  • Competitor analysis and gap identification

From this research, we define the machine’s core specifications: cabinet size, gantry dimensions, prize window size, and target price point.

Stage 2: Engineering & CAD Design

Our engineering team creates detailed CAD drawings for every component:

  • Cabinet shell dimensions and panel layout
  • Gantry rail system and motor mounting positions
  • Claw mechanism geometry and drop distance
  • Wiring harness routing and connector positions
  • Prize chute angle and delivery mechanism

CAD files are reviewed multiple times before any physical prototyping begins.

Stage 3: Prototype Build

The first physical prototype is built by hand using CNC-cut components. This prototype is used to:

  • Verify all dimensions and tolerances
  • Test claw movement range and accuracy
  • Validate prize delivery mechanism
  • Identify assembly issues before mass production

Prototypes typically go through 2–3 revision cycles before being approved for production.

Stage 4: Control Board Development

Our PCB team develops or adapts the control board firmware for each new machine model:

  • X/Y/Z axis movement timing
  • Coin and token acceptance settings
  • Operator menu parameters
  • Prize detection logic

Each board is tested on the prototype before being approved for production.

Stage 5: Component Sourcing & Quality Control

  • PCBs: electrical continuity and function testing

Stage 6: Mass Production

Stage 7: Kit Packaging for Shipping

For DIY kit orders, machines are disassembled into kit form:

  • Foam padding and corner protectors added
  • Assembly manual included
  • Export carton prepared with customs documentation

The same process applies to OEM and custom orders, with additional steps for custom branding, color, and design. Lead times for custom orders are typically 25–60 business days depending on the level of customization.
