Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Sea Freight (Ocean Shipping)
For bulk orders or heavy machinery (e.g., complete claw crane units, large kits), we offer sea freight via LCL (Less than Container Load) or FCL (Full Container Load).
- Minimum order quantity or weight may apply for sea freight eligibility.
- Sea freight quotes are provided upon request — please contact us at ellazhygz@gmail.com with your order details and destination port.
- Delivery time does not include customs clearance, which may add 3–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. For sea freight quotes, please contact us directly.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Sea freight shipments will be provided with a Bill of Lading (B/L) number for tracking.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ellazhygz@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
